Further Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers
Development plans for Epstein's private tropical island included in the images.
Also featured in this recent document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing different parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring designs for marina coverings.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight release.
